FT-05013 is the popular size 5.0 inch TFT display, of resolution 800(RGB)×480, WVGA. It is landscape type with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W : H). For mechanical detail, this 5.0” TFT model is having module outline dimension of 120.30 x 75.30 x 2.80mm and active area size of 111.60 x 72.60mm.

This 5.0 inch TFT LCD display module is featured as ADS type, ADS, Normally Black, Transmissive, with wide viewing angle as 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) and high contrast up to 1000:1. This 5.0 inch IPS TFT LCD is built-in driver IC ST7265, it supports Parallel RGB interface, connected by bottom-side FPC of 40pin.

Additionally, this 5.0 inch TFT LCD display module, it is recommended with feature of wide temperature: Storage Temp.: -30 ~ 85 °C and Operating Temp.: -30 ~ 85 °C, the extremely wide temperature range ensures that the 5.0” wide temperature TFT module can adapt to various application requirements under harsh environmental conditions, making it capable not only for industrial applications but also automotive application.
