FT-03008The Model #FT-03008，is a 3.0 inch Touch Display Module designed for rugged outdoor applications, integrating with a 3.0 inch TFT LCD display and a 3.0 inch capactive touch panel, The touch display module outline dimension is 46.88 x 76.00 x 2.97mm, and the surface brightness is 350 cd/m²,ensuring clear visibility in daylight conditions.
The 3.0 inch TFT LCD is of 240*400 resolution, WQVGA, of aspect ratio 3:5(W:H), portrait mode. Its display mode is VA, normally black, transmissive, offering wide viewing direction and high contrast. The LCD AA size is 39.24 x 65.4mm and LCD Module outline is 43.48 x 74.72mm. The 3.0 inch TFT LCD module is built with Driver IC ST7793, supporting 3 interface options of MCU 8/9/16/18-bit and SPI+RGB 16/18-bit via 45PIN FPC.
The 3.0 inch touch screen is GFF type capactive touch screen. It is designed with industrial-grade material of Seiko printing ink and UV-resistant ITO film. The surface hardness of cover glass reachs≥6H and with AG surface treatment. The Touch Driver IC is GT1151QM, supports I2C interface via 6PIN FPC.
