High-resolution 240*160 dot-matrix Graphic COG LCD Module

This FSTN 240*160 graphic COG module, which consists of a LCD panel, a backlight, a built-in driver IC and a FPC. This COG module features a 0.7mm thick ITO glass, resulting in the LCD panel thickness of only 2.0mm. It is paired with a structurally simple and ultra-thin backlight that embeds the LCD into the backlight wall. The overall module thickness is merely 3.5mm. The COG module is built-in driver ST75265, it supports 8080 parallel interface connected by a 24PIN FPC. The module is without PCB or other components, its structure is simple and space saving.
