No backlightThe Model# FG-12864019 is one of standard graphic COG modules, of 128x64 dot matrix. It is suitable for displaying various information such as characters and graphics. This 128x64 LCD module adopts LCD technology of FSTN positive mode reflective mode, no need backlight. The 12864 COG module structure consists of LCD panel + FPC, with 1.1mm thickness ITO glass, the COG LCD has outline dimensions of 47.0x37.6x2.8mm, and Viewing Area (VA) of 43.4x28.0mm. The 128x64 COG module is built in with driver IC ST7567, supporting 8-bit parallel interface, connected by an 18-PIN FPC.
