Character LCD display, is primarily used for displaying textual information, including letters, numbers, and symbols. It can show multiple lines of text, with a certain number of characters per line, such as specifications like 8x1,16x1,16x2, 16x4, 20x2, 20x4, 24x2, 40x2 and 40x4. With the specific project requirement, the customer can design his unique character display of: 

• Product size：it is free to be customized according to the specific customer requirements.
• LCD mode:  it includes TN, STN Y/G, STN blue, STN gray, FSTN/DSTN white/black.
• Module type: COB, COG, TAB, or COF module, depending on IC solution.
• Backlight:  it offer with or w/o backlight option, range of LED backlight of various color likeyellow-green, yellow, green, blue, white, red, amber, and RGB backlight.

Character LCD display typically feature a simple interface and low power consumption, making them widely used in various small electronic devices such as electronic clocks, calculators, blood pressure monitors, thermometers, and more. They can also be applied into more complex systems like industrial controls, medical equipment, and communication devices to display status information, menu options, or warning messages as part of the user interface.
